I read comments on thread all the time and when an injured animal is in a shelter so many people say why didnt the person who found them take them to vet instead of shelter. Well I did just that, I found an injured cat and took him to the vet and begged for help for him, and I got 40 people to share, a couple comments and $10 donated by 1 person, I have some one helping me with the vet but now I will be responsible for a couple hundred dollars of Popeyes care. So now I am paying for my neighbors injured cat and MY OWN Rocky will not get to see a vet this month and maybe next month either. I was already in a sinking ship. Now I feel sunk. I thank people who have helped me. I just made my situation worse and did not even save Popeye. I went in debt for POPEYE and did not even save him. I can not keep him at vet racking up $140 every day with no help. Popeye is going to die not because of his injury but because I could not find a rescue willing to help him
