I read this book yesterday and Im highly recommending it. Once you understand and accept your true nature, it becomes obvious that you are perfect as you are and that there are no need for comparisons with others. What an amazing gift this book is to help me take self acceptance to a whole new level. This information is invaluable for relationships and Ill be incorporating it into my coaching as well. Carol has written another book on profiling children. If you struggle with your children, Id recommend that as well.
