I realized that today I need not waste words on those who are willfully ignorant. If you think that Ferguson has no racial undertones to it, you are being willfully blind. If you think that the destruction of St. Louis and public/ and private property ( material objects that can be bought, rebuilt and replaced) is MORE important than the systematic oppression and destruction black lives, then I cant deal with you. And if you trivialize the events in Ferguson today, you would have trivialized the entire Civil Rights Movement because events like Ferguson is what started our fight for equal rights in this country, a fight that we have clearly not yet won. #activism #blacklivesmatter
