I really didnt feel like working out today cuz of the usual reasons: lack of sleep, feeling tired, feeling lazy, life, soreness! But, I sucked it up and put my workout clothes on, clicked Lisa on and boom! I just finished days 31, 32, 33, & 34!! My shoulder and pecks are pretty sore from the workout that I did yesterday so I modified by doing abs or lower body. Did all cardio for the 4 days. My fave day was day 34 and as some of you know, I love me some plyometrics, so here is my squats and tuck jumps!Excuses are out the window and I have to say I feel so much better! #highfive #teamnoexcuses #justgetupandwork #moveit
