I really didnt think it would come to this but I feel the need to share my side of the transaction as im repeatedly getting messages from seller and her friend harassing me on Facebook. Transaction happened on Ebay, the sellers ID is Thomas8627a. On December 1st I was searching eBay and found a great deal on a Cinnamon Girl Ebl, she was listed at $100 buy it now, I used the buy it now feature after shipping it came out to $118. I paid immediately (it required me to pay to complete transaction.) I messaged seller on December 2nd the doll was not marked shipped yet so I sent a message asking if seller would ship to my new address as I just moved to a different city and didnt want to have to chase her down: Dear thomas8627a, Hi, I need this sent to another address please verify this is okay and ill give you my new address. She sent me a message back: No unfortunately I will ship to the PayPal confirms address requiring a signature through USPS. - thomas8627a I replied with Okay I knew it was going to be a challenge to track down this doll but I didnt say anything to the seller as this is not her fault I moved, and havent updated my paypal yet. On December 8th I received the doll from my post office (I had my mail held for pickup) When opening the doll she was thrown into her box, not tied down or using her foot rest, but she was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap so I figured she should be fine, as I unwrapped her I noticed a very unpleasant smell coming from her, she smelt like moth balls and cigarette smoke, her hair was ultra greasy and felt dirty, I was just thinking ew! the whole time while handling her, I had my husband feel her hair and he even commented on how greasy it was. The doll has a couple of light scratches on her right cheek, and on her forehead (I cant pick it up with my camera.) I felt the transaction deserved negative feedback, She did not state the condition of the doll, she said EMS post on her listing so I figured she was shipped overnight (Which she wasnt, not a huge deal but you shouldnt mention something on your listing if thats not the case.) I let the seller know why I left her negative feedback, thats when it gets interesting. Here is her reply: I am a the first owner of this doll. This item is a week old in my household. Second the item can be returned with a full refund. Your rating did not meet my guidelines to bid. Ems is not available for u s residents, which is the reason I had the item mailed to your confirmed address. She was noted as used and double bubble wrapped. I dont smoke and Im not accepting this comment which is a derogatory statement against me. I have a small child and noted pets are not in my home. She was purchased through another party open d a week ago and sold. I have documented all of your demands and kept all emails. Im offering a full refund and you will not tarnish my 100% rating. Ive never had any issues with any of my clients. I never made any demands at all, the only thing I asked for was to see if she could ship to my new mailing address. heres my reply: I have not made any demands, I asked if you would ship to my new address so I didnt have to track her down at my old address as we moved a couple days prior to the purchase, and yes you can send ems it stands for express mail service, aka overnight shipping, the doll has scratches on her face and greasy hair which you should have stated in the listing, so you tarnished your own feedback She replied: No one has tarnished my feedback. You havent answered my question with the refund or eight your own rating of 96.6. You have made demands nor would ems apply as I am a U.S. cutizen which would creed the price of th shipping which should be over 38.00. Again this doll is over 8 years old was mint when purchased and I have photos of her arrival. Please answer the questions or I will wait for th PayPal coming paint and we will go from there. I will not be harassed, I have no need to lie. Her hair would condition is from sitting in a box for over 7-8 hrs. nor would she be washed. Again blythe dolls are collectors items and I would not be in control of scratches when sh was wrapped in bubble wrap. Please provide evid nc. Anytime I have a conflict with a seller I communicate. There wasnt any communication just demands of a different address. You moved and dint update your address. The it m was picked up today with your signature. My reply: Im not sure where you are seeing any demands, thats fine Ill just leave the negative rating :) I would rather not deal with you anymore (At this point I just dont want to deal with it anymore, the seller obviously wasnt going to believe me and I did want to keep the doll, I just wanted to bring it to her attention that they should be listing all of these details in the listing, instead of receiving something to a huge surprise that she isnt in the best condition.) Her reply: No I have them and they will be addressed with PayPal. Your leaving negative f Ed back Ive offered s refund 4 times. Ill open the dispute. Her friend (Alonso Stella) then proceeded to post in this group about the transaction, ill post the screenshots below, calling me a liar, commenting on my weight, saying how I made a paypal claim against her when I did not. He ended up deleting the post after I commented saying I was going to forward these screenshots to eBay! The doll was being sent to a customizer so I just accepted the condition she was in, I wasnt going to use her scalp anyways and the scratches would come out with sanding etc. After updating her feedback saying how she had her friend harassing me on Facebook, she sent me screenshots of a cinnamon girl im not exactly sure why, but I noticed something at the top it was Alonso warning her not to send the same ones she was sending him, pretty sketchy if you ask me :) Again I didnt want to post this but I hope that nobody does business with this person on eBay, you might end up with a headache transaction. Ill post Alonsos post from earlier below so you can read what he said.
