I really dont believe in these bait car programmes used to catch criminals out. Does it really take a bait car to catch out criminals? Are the police really that bad at their job that they need to do that to catch car thieves? I dont think its really fair to put something so appealing in front of a criminal knowing theyll go for it and then catch them and charge them. Maybe they should focus their efforts elsewhere such as paedophiles or child neglect not investing money into some ridiculous programme.
