I really dont know how to handle insomnia. Nothing is working. In high school I suffered from insomnia, but would be able to sleep every third-fourth day, and then it would start over again. Even with naps in a day, I am only getting about six hours, often less than four. I am no longer working, studying, revising, or doing any of activity sets, exercises, or assignments. Four hours of my day have been devoted to crying in bed. I am watching a lot of tv, but I tend to tune out and stare past it. I cant distract myself, and my whole body is rippling in pain, my heart beat is constantly fast, and my mind is constantly aware, over-thinking, and flooded with too-fast thoughts. If anything has worked for you, please give me some ideas.
