I really dont know if this should be shared... if people are stupid enough to text while driving, or talking on the phone while driving, they do actually deserve to kill themselves. To the best of my knowledge, when one is in the process of learning how to drive, there is not a single minute used on teaching people how to text or talk on the phone while driving. That is simply because it doesnt mix at all. More accidents being caused by texting and driving than by drinking and driving.... that says all there needs to be said. Car manufacturers should actually be obligated to build their cars so that cell phones cant be used inside the vehicles. Either one would have to turn off the vehicle, or stop and go outside it. Not hard to do, but it wont be done. Of that I am 100% sure.
