I really dont know what to do anymore. This is been happening all week. I dont want anyone to harm the dogs. But I am a prisoner in my own house. And I am worried about people walking on the beach with their dogs and horses etc. they just got into a fight with Jake the local beach dog. I think he ended up being okay because he ran off and he looked okay but Im not sure. The female apparently just had puppies. The owner is always in Ensenada. He eventually comes and secures the dogs. I just cant take it anymore. Any suggestions?
