I really dont understand why people get a job,then like to call off! I even offer my employees 6 days to work,lots of hours,even OT,they still cant get it together! Next month we will get paid 3x!! Imagine all the OT im going to get because I cant find good workers,people who are flexible,people who want to work and actually get a paycheck,I wish some of those people that REALLY need and WANT a job would find me!
