I really enjoyed having my Colombian friends over for a holiday lunch. I served Italian and they were really impressed (my maid cooked LOL I am not a good cook) , the salad was made by my guests and a delicious dessert of flan was brought also, along with more mangos, cilantro and long onions from their farm.
