I really find it strange and outrageous how football fans and some sports presenters decided to attacked Jordan after our game against Algeria. Football is about system and strategies from both teams, and as much as you are plotting a strategy against your opponent,its fair for that opponent to counter your tactics. Players play according to a system introduced by a coach which includes,positioning,role and contribution. Asamoah Djan was virtually markout just like Jordan until he got that crucial goal. What creterion did they used in evaluating performance of individual players and the entire team,I mean those critics of Jordan. Its a great error on the part of any analyst who never saw that in our game against Algeria,our main challenge was lack of supply from our midfielders and for me it was not a surprise that a clinical supply from Wakasu gave us a clinical goal from a clinical stricker with a clinical finishing touch. We had a great game against Algeria because we were committed,focus and determined.Every single player played a role excellently especially our defenders and midfielders,it was so because the Algerians sat back kept our strickers at bay but just one pass made the diffrence . So please Jordan is just 23,bear with the young man and keep your salvo to yourselves so as to help him grow through such experiences. I wish the Black Stars the very best of luck today.
