I really hate Calgarians some times. When I sold on Kijiji in Victoria, it was super rare that I had asshole wheeler and dealer types respond but here... it seems everyone does it. Case in point... Emmas ad to sell her Gecko... it indicates its a childs pet and she has hundreds of dollars into the pet but will let it go at $50. Now this would be your cue to realize that there morally shouldnt be any price bickering but lo... I have had one ask for $40 (really... your crying over $10?) and then there is this one which is so like the emails I get most often. See snapshots below. What is it with Calgarians.... no humanity? I guess its a city full of guys who were taught by their peers that if you dont play rough you dont get far. That may be true I suppose but I have realized I would rather have a heart than a fat wallet.
