I really hate taking about race in America b/c many White jolks Just dont get it. Its sooo frustrating. Even if the flips I put up dont quite go well with my messages, its because Im trying to find every reason to express my frustration with the citizens of this country for ignoring injustice against minorities. Heres a quick and interesting story: I remember my Jewish Professor for constitutional law, who also was member of the NAACP, told my class a story of how a black man was told to get up from a seat in a restaurant because he was sitting at an all white table. After the black man refused to get up because he felt was discriminated against, the waitress called reinforcement. Immediately, a white cop approaches the black man and said get up, this is all white table. This man sold all this belongings to fight for his human rights, but later lost everything without no Justice. This was kissesemme , Fl in the year 2010. #All this black man is trying to is redirect the conversation from international terrorism to domestic terrorism in order to highlight the long history of terrorism against blacks in America. I can bet the Average white person, and to be fair-black person, knows little about what happened in Oklahoma in the 1930s. Where what happened: whites communites saw that blacks business and schools were thriving; so, in order to halt black progress nitroglycerine was dropped from airplanes unto this developing African American community. 100 to thousands died and their businesses and schools destroyed. These stories are not used to say this nation hasnt made progress, but its used to say that this nation has a long history of ignoring institutional injustice against blacks. #Im done for the tonight.
