I really hate that I work my ass off and other people are lazy asses !! I seriously run my ass off all damned day and yes I get that you are there just as long but all you do is stand around or disappear !! I know you are fully capable of doing more but you choose not to yet for some reason we make the same amount of money!! Im not going to name names because I dont need to Im pretty sure when you read this you will know its about you!! I have defended you and befriended you and from this moment on no more!! I am not saying I am the worldest best/hardest worker but I work very hard and very fast paced non stop all day and you dont feel like lending a hand??!! I work with some amazing people who all work as team to get shit done and to make our residents as happy and comfortable as we can and to help lessen the load on all of us so its people like YOU who make everyone look bad!
