I really have to hand it to you guys and all your creative cooking. I used to cook a lot. I had a beautiful home and a huge kitchen with everything you could ever want. It was just me and my husband. Now I live in a 600 square foot house with 8 people and not much to cook with and no space. I do everything for my disabled father, my mother who has Alzheimers, my husband who has a brain injury and my four grandchildren. I have no one to help me. I just wish I could get the energy and resources to put a good old southern meal on the table just one more time. Thanks for listening. I do love to cook.
