I really love SCHOOL OF ROCK! From the very moment I saw the trailer back then, until now. Yes, its a Jack Black movie and its a a sure fire comedy, but what I love about the movie, beside my penchant for Rock n Roll is that how he manage to make his dream a reality. He was kicked out of his OWN band! A band which he personally formed and then, he was considered a bum by his bestfriends girlfriend, which he played music before his bestfriend decided to quit and became a teacher and started living a DEAD life. ( I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST TEACHERS.) What he did was, he took everything a challenge and did WHATEVER IT TAKES to realize his dream of becoming a ROCK STAR. He pretended to be his bestfriend and posed as a sub, and in the process discovered the talents of his students which he extracted from them and nurtured them, until they bear fruit and the rest is history. Whats the point in all of these? We all have a dream and the world often times kill our dreams with all the negative energy around it. It takes guts and will to make anything a reality. Align yourself with people who will inspire you and will believe in you no matter what. God designed us to be unique and to make an impact in this world. Think about it! :-)
