I really love me some him. Ive tried for years to adopt healthy mind, body, and soul. With many setbacks, it was difficult to regain my momentum and get back on track. God blessed me with a man who isnt perfect but perfect for me because all those things I just couldnt seem to remain diciplined; we now do it together. I care about his health just as much as mines, but we cant live long together if we both dont do the right things by our own mind, body, and soul. So now we TOGETHER as ONE eat better, exercise our bodies and our minds. Thanks to my awesome sons for pointing me in the right direction because I was out of control at one time with my eating habits, but now I have someone who is here with me daily to help keep me on the right path.
