I really love my chocolate Shaekology. I ran out yesterday but forgot about it til this morning. Its such a part of my daily life that I just automatically opened the cupboard where it goes and went to grab my bag to make it this morning. It was gone and I was sad! As soon as I find my debit card that Miss Brooklynn lost, Im ordering some more today! I never get sick of it. It is absolutely delicious. My husband teases me for scraping the sides of the blender to ensure I got it all. I dont want to waste it! Its that good. Ive been drinking it since May and Ive now lost 29 pounds. I had to buy new work pants. I had to buy a belt. I had to retire my favorite pair of fat jeans. My wedding ring used to be so tight that most days I wouldnt wear it. Now its a little loose but finally comfortable. I keep getting compliments on my weight loss and it feels great! Ive always been confident in myself, even at my heaviest. I know Im awesome despite being chunky, but now I am starting to LOOK awesome again! I dont do anything differently except for drink Shakeology every day, in lieu of a meal. I typically have it for breakfast but during the hot summer it was often my lunch or dinner. As a busy mom and full time caretaker of my 97 yr old grandpa, it gives me the energy and the nutrition I need. I dont have much time for myself but I make it a point to make and drink my Shakeology - its the one guaranteed good thing that I do for myself every day. Im the pickiest person ever, and if you know me personally then you already know that. I ordered Shakeology in March and it sat in its box until May simply because I was scared to try it. I kept thinking - what if its gross? IT IS SO GOOD!!! Wish I wouldve started in March when I ordered it. Ugh. After all this Shakeology talk, I really want one now!! Cant wait til it arrives.
