I really love this article .... i have been told by people with different skin tones then me that not only never went threw any of the hard times i did but had much better educations, family support ect. i have to admit that was a very frustrating experience . i really did not see how i fit into this born privilege. almost none of my friends had been white and i was made fun of constantly for being white growing up and then went into a field where i hear consistently how they want to hire more diverse and how many social services organizations want more color in the work place.( i am pushing for that my self just for the record) but that also means in some cases they are hiring color over white. So please when telling a white person like me that i have more privilege then you. use this article as a guide and they might not resent you for it.
