I really need to share even though its long. I know yesterday was the super moon and I know some people have felt it. Science has not proven that the super moon has any effect on people. I have a lot of respect for science, but it doesnt take into account how people are wired differently. Some people, like myself, are highly sensitive to energy around them. I can feel someones tension when they walk into the room and I read them very well. It makes it challenging to keep myself centered. In the past, I never really paid much attention to the full moon, but I am learning more about myself and what my body, mind and spirit are teaching me everyday through the way my body feels. Yesterday was really hard emotionally. It was a day where I had to dig into my past and create new perspectives on every major decision I have ever made that leads me to my choices today. Its not about living in the past. For me it was about looking at the stepping stones that are fueling the thoughts I carry today - the proof. Interesting discoveries that after 8 casual miles of riding I came to some conclusions and clarity as to where to begin today moving forward. There are many ways a person can get to their own conclusions and there is no right or wrong way. What I have learned in my life of emotional ups and downs, is that if I want to create the bonfire life I deserve I have to start with self love. You may be feeling deep emotion right now because of the change of seasons, the super moon or the transition of kids leaving the nest and going to college, some of you are facing health issues, some have lost a loved one recently and many of you are stepping into the most exciting phase of your life....whatever the emotion and what triggers it, it is perfect and where you are meant to be. God has a great plan for us all. We are all guided though we may not see it or feel it, we are loved even if we dont believe it, we are spiritual children and like all children we are learning. I think today is a good day to look at each moment through a childe eye of wonderment and choose to embrace it as the next best perfect experience to help us grow. Ignite your life, you can do it!
