I really pity Obama and the US Attorney General, Eric Holder in the aftermaths of the recent death of three black males in the hands of the police. They are somewhat constrained as they must at all times balance their views and be conscious of their utterances else they are labelled as being black and partisan. They have to say things that will not infuriate the whites and also will not alienate them from their black compatriots. I feel for them but the fact remains that there is something fundamentally wrong with the justice system in America. How can a grand jury decide not to indict the New York Policeman that put an unarmed 43 year old blackman in a choke hold leading to the mans death even when the man muttered nine times that he could not breath and still they will not free him from the death hold? This is coming in the aftermath of the acquittals of the whites involved in the shooting to death of Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin, two unarmed black teenagers. theguardian/us-news/2014/dec/03/justice-department-eric-holder-eric-garner-investigation?CMP=ema_575
