I really really really hate calling comcast service center!!!! If the area you are serving speaks a certain language predominately then perhaps you should hire people who also speak that freaking language so they will understand what concerns your customer has and they wont have to repeat it 10 freaking times and still not understand what the crap I am saying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perhaps I should answer phone lines from Brazil and see if they f****** understand me!!!!! Pissed at comcast right now...
