I really want someone to explain why I have the manufactures extended warranty for my AC if they are telling me they do not have parts in stock and they have to make the coil and it might take 3-7 weeks to get (7 days just to make it!) 2-3 weeks shipping (if I pay to expedite about $300) or 3-5 weeks standard freight shipping which is about $200...Oh and did I mention I live in ARIZONA where it was almost 110 today!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously temp inside and outside are climbing to same temperature. And do not get me started on what we paid to get a tech out to not cool the house and tell us we have a really big leak in the coil.Tell me what is the point of an extended warranty?????
