I recall a demand for these arrests from the podium at Free Derry Corner last year. One of the speakers, Kate Nash I think, stated that the first port of call should be to question the soldiers directly involved immediately, rather than vacillate while key witnesses died off. The British establishment is shit-scared some of these guys, when it finally sinks in they could be held criminally responsible, might reveal the fact they were ordered to commit this atrocity by their commanding officers. Then the dominoes start to fall. One year on and not a soldier of a kind interviewed? Comes as no surprise to me and is the surest indication of a high-level plot that day in Derry and that the Bloody Sunday Tribunal barely scratched the surface...
