I received a campaign brochure from the Childers campaign today. A heading: In the U.S. Senate, hell work hard: And the very first thing he listed was: To raise the minimum wage.... This liberal democrat just cant get out of the liberal playbook. And is this what the Tea Party folks want? Because you are mad at the despicable Barbours, you plan to sendem a message? And punish all of us? Anyone notice the price of meat lately? We also run a carpet cleaning business. We clean about 30 restaurants in the Jackson area. Within the last 3-4 months, I have a number of managers express feelings and have no clue of what the future is. Neither how thell survive if another wage increase comes down the pike. One said prior to the last increase, he had about 50 workers. Now they have 35. And CAN NOT cut anymore. So go ahead and vote out of revenge and get back at the Barbours. In the meantime, Rome burns. And the Tea Party wants this? If so, you all werent conservative after all. JMO
