I received a letter from Verizon with my telephone number referenced at the top. The body of the letter stated "we were not able to locate your telephone number in our system. Once you have provided us with your phone number we will be able to assist you." huh?? So the number at the top of the letter does not exist? Maybe it will if I forget to pay my effing bill. I wish I had a choice of telephone providers up here.
