I received a response today from Ed Vaizey, Minister at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, regarding broadband in Hull. My survey is still open and you can take part at: https://surveymonkey/s/VJP2FWZ. I was featured in the Hull Daily Mail this week to promote the survey and raise awareness of broadband issues. As a result, I met the local media today to discuss broadband, amongst other Hull North matters. I also spoke to mobile network stakeholders about the Culture Secretarys plans to ensure mobile phone companies share signals to rid the country of mobile phone not spots and the implications this may have on network providers.
