I received the following email today, from a girl in Belgium. It put a big, cheesey grin on my face as its amazing to know Im helping people Ive never met, from various parts of the globe... With nothing but my daily email ramblings. Anyhoo, she makes some great points... Keep on scrolling and check em out: =========================================== Dear Ross, I have been following you for the past few months and I must say reading your emails is such a treat every single time. I live in Brussels and found out about you through my boyfriend, who claims to be a former classmate of yours (if this is not true, please note you might have a stalker) . He showed me a few of your FB posts and thought might as well subscribe as I had decided to start living healthier and shed a few kilos whilst at it. This whole workout thing was particularly intimidating as it felt like all gyms are the playground of ridiculously muscly men and women only belong in the pilates/ yoga studio. My boyfriend sent me the link to an article / post you wrote about how women go into doing a lot of cardio (biking, treadmill, jumping around) and completely neglect any other option in the gym (which is very true) but how in fact when trying to lose some its actually a good idea to venture in the scary machinery part of the gym. So my friend and I started to do small exercises here and there and as it turned out them muscle bags were not so bad at all (though women can be seen as a bit of a prey in the gym at times but thats another story). Now I managed to lose 8 kilos (in 3 months) and trying to keep eating healthily + didnt gain weight during the xmas period (win!) =========================================== If youre reading this, mrs, youre a rockstar! Below is the link to the emails shes talking about. Subscribe, read and apply. Its as simple as that. https://rsfpersonaltraining.leadpages.net/freefatlosstips/
