I received the following message from the Office of Special Counsel today concerning my whistleblower complaint. First, the questions are conspiratorial and set the tone of entrapment. Second, I believe the questions have already been answered. However, nonetheless they still ask. Smh See letter: Mr. Mitchell, Good afternoon. Please answer the following questions about the two recordings you provided: 1. Have you provided these recordings to the media? If yes, to which media outlets? 2. Has information about these recordings been published? If yes, where? 3. Is the VA aware that you made these recordings? 4. Did the other participants give their consent for the conversations to be recorded? Also, attached is the factual portion of the referral letter that may be sent pending the Special Counsel’s approval.
