I received this the other day. Ways to trick your pharmacy staff. Be very careful what you read and give consent to with your Click Here to Acknowledge verification at ANY company. CP If you work for a certain 3 letter pharmacy you will soon be taking a new training module regarding arbitration. The assessment portion is actually just an acknowledgment that you have been made aware of this new policy and if you dont send a written letter to opt out within 30 days...you will be bound by this new policy. You will read and learn all about it in the module, but i just wAnt to emphasize the point that if you do not opt out, you will forever be ineligible to participate in any class action lawsuits against the company. Additionally, you will also be unable to seek any legal action against them company in any court of law at anytime for anything. It isnt made to sound so bad, but I would encourage everyone to take this very seriously and to do a little research before letting this one go. Check out workplacefairness.org. I for one, plan to opt out. I do not see how giving up my right to seek legal action in a court of law can be beneficial to me. And what exactly does this company have planned that would require then to seek this safeguard?
