I recently flew to Chicago for a funeral and two graduations.My great-grandson went with me.He was dressed in solid lime color Bermuda shorts ,solid lime green tee-shirt,and lime green converse all-stars,he rounded his style with a yellow fedora straw hat. While we were waiting in line to board, one of the passengers said to my seven year old great-grandson,you look just like a celebrity,right out of a magazine.Apparently other passengers thought she said he was a celebrity,passengers started standing around us taking pictures,Jaylen was so embarrassed he hid behind me while passenger were giving him compliments,then he stood in front of me holding a bag up to his face.I commented to Jaylen,you are reacting just like a celebrity,trying to hide from the camera. Come time to get off the plane in Chicago,while waiting in line,the seated passengers are asking Jaylen questions,and giving him compliments.Just as we make it to the front of the plane,the pilot come out to meet Jaylen and to invite him in to the cock pit,they offered me as well,I responded just let it be his experience,the pilot took pictures of Jaylen in the cock pit with Jaylen I pod.I will post later on Facebook. Jaylen had his fifteen minutes of fame. Boys do not have to dress fancy to look neat and polish,nor do they need expensive clothes,simple neat fitting comfortable clothes for boys,is an inviting look for most occasions.
