I recently read that the Arkansas Voter ID Law was overturned as it was deemed unconstitutional. If I understand correctly , the prevailing thought was, if you dont have to do anything to exercise your right to free speech then you shouldnt have to do anything to exercise your right to vote. Free speech and the right to vote are constitutional ammendments. If we use this same reasoning why do we have to do anything to exercise our 2nd ammendment rights? Does anyone think we could put a coalition together to bring this to a head?
