I recently received a parking charge from Parking Eye for staying in Aldi car park for 8 HOURS!! I had in fact made 2 visits to the store on that day and the photos supplied to me were of the 1st entry and the 2nd exit. I went onto their website and complained telling them that this was either 1. An error, 2. Their equipment was faulty or 3. They are fraudulent bastards. Also, I requested under the Freedom of Information Act, ALL PHOTOSHOTS of vehicles entering and exiting the store on the day in question to validate my innocence. Today I received an email indicating the charge has been cancelled. LOL Make up you own mind!!!
