I recommend coconut oil, 1 T 3x per day. But then, Im not a doctor and its only my opinion. Of course when the Candida dies, you may have a problem with heavy metal poisoning, so eat a lot of Cilantro, in salads, etc. Itll clean it right up. As for finding out if you have Candida...........in the morning before you do anything, spit in a glass of water and leave it for 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes it grows legs, you have an overgrowth of Candida.
