I refer you to a story entitled Oasis of death done by KTN this past weekend. The story is about the tribulations of the residents of a village in wajir as they search for water from a very dangerous place. When the reporters sought the response of the governor about the issue, he claimed many attempts to drill boreholes in and around the place have been futile due to poor hydrological surveys. Only 35 of the total 56 boreholes drilled were succesful. Now back home, were we expect perfection in everything. When borehole experts gets two or three dry boreholes it becomes a diffrent story altogether. Its called lack of planning, wastage of funds, or a scheme to embezzle funds. Its not only in boreholes but also in other services offered by the government. According to most critics, ambulances must never get punctures, Mutua must make sure it rains so that people may harvest, he should create employments to over 500M youths etc Its not bad for people to expect 100% efficiency in service delivery, but we all know this aint possible practically, expecting such is stretching boundaries of fantasy too far Kyemulendus have very unproffesional arguments, and just incase its proffesional, it becomes very unreasonable Show me a county which is more ridiculous than Machakos, and ill show you 46 which are not.
