I refuse to let my injuries keep me from moving forward. In the video you will see the guys doing deep squats, but me.... Not so much. Bone removed and hardware in ankles, I work with what I got. 3 weeks ago I tried sucking it up and doing below parallel squats anyways and I was practically immobile for days seeing chiropractor, icing, and even the dreaded muscle relaxer. Dumb! Good to know my limits, and work with what I have. Check out video: magis.to/OSskUUdGSAsxPX8PYnZLAX8 20 squats 20 leg press Increase weight each time and 4 rounds. Then the leg extension for 30, cross legged deadlifts, walking lunges with 45 pound plate for 3 rounds.
