I regret that I have already lost track of a discussion important to me. if you recall it, I invite you to remind me where its located so we can continue the discussion. I really, really hate the ADD character of the FB virtual community. FB should have some means to S-L-O-W down to a halt to talk about important things, to think, to reflect on the stream-of-virtual-consciousness. The topic was about life-after-death. One of the arguments made offered NDE (near-death experiences) as evidence of an afterlife. I argued that NDE isnt D (death), so the entire essay could be trashed before even reading it because the premise that NDE has something to do with D is fallacious. I want to be available to talk about matter of science, how science works, how garbage is presented as scientific fact every day, and discuss how to ferret out the pseudoscience.
