I remember a dear collegue of mine . . .while discussing the probable damage of Hagupit last Wednesday and how many people where praying that it somehow curves away from the Philippines towards Japan observed . . . Why pray for the typhoon to turn away from us to harm others? . .Rather we should pray for it to lose strength or dissipate so that it would do us less harm. . . .Many of us . . in times of dire need . . choose to throw the pain to someone else . .preferring that they suffer instead of us . . It times like these . Maybe we should not pray for deleverance at the expense of otbers. .but for strength to weather the storm . Keep safe
