I remember fishing for piranhas in Limoncocha, a lake in Ecuadors Amazon jungle, when I was growing up in Ecuador. We also caught caimans (crocodiles) in the same lake. You could also swim there (I did) because the piranhas did not school, and the caimans did not come out during the day. In retrospect it was probably crazy, but I was assured by locals that it was okay. I will be describing these adventures (and much more!) in upcoming books: 3D Life in Poetry and Prose and International Adrenalin.
