I remember growing up and watching TV and seeing the Marlboro commercials with the Marlboro Man in them. He made it seem like it was cool to smoke. Boy was that NOT true. With that being said, the Marlboro Man, Darrell Hugh has died in Wyoming. He was 85 years old. He died Monday in his home in Riverton. His rugged good looks made him the face of Marlboro in magazine and television ads from the late 1960s to the late 1980s until they banned ads from TV & print. He actually worked on a ranch in 1968 when discovered by Marlboro. I have included several ads below for those who may or may not remember them. [youtube=youtube/watch?v=wJD0Id0rqww&w=420&h=315]
