I remember listening to this song and being quite upset with one particular line: “God will never let me go through it all.” The way I saw it, God did indeed let me go through it all...many painful things throughout my life. If you want to know the truth, I pretty much blamed Him for allowing those things to happen. I now look back and see that I was full of self-pity. There came a day when I heard that line in this song again and its meaning became very clear to me. Friends, God never let me go through it all (alone)....He went through it all with me. May my words encourage you to embrace the magnificent, unending love God has for you. If you are one who finds it hard to believe He loves you and is there for you, I beg you to reconsider. He is restoring my life on a daily basis and He will do the same for you, if you let Him
