I remember one day in college where someone told me I could only be a mezzo-soprano because of my weight and height. Actually, no, Im a mezzo-soprano because my voice is heavy and deeper, and its not trilly. But thank you, I love the voice I have. SO...this fat-shaming feels like the same thing. Her VOICE, which is WHY SHE WAS CAST, isnt good enough because of the body its in. People are stupid. Scream high B flats at them. Then, they might listen?
