I remember picking Becca (my daughter) up from school one day and she said, Daddy you were an A now your an I I was like what, what are you talking about, but she was smiling and smiling and just craking her self up......then she said daddy you were F-A-T now you are F-I-T. I was like thats clever, funny and true all at the same time. We often feel that doing whats best for our children and love ones means putting ourselves on the back burner, it means neglecting ourselves and putting them first, putting their needs and wants before our own. I used to feel that way too, but my thoughts have changed. I now feel that the BEST thing you can do for your loved ones is to be the best YOU. Nothing in your life should be more important than you. I know its selfish, but its ok because the better you are the better you will be for and to those you love!!!!!! Good Morning EFNATION!!!!
