I remember the day when one of the great ladies of the future - TopicsExpress

I remember the day when one of the great ladies of the future India, Sister Ummul Khair met me at IICC premises in 2010 shortly after I concluded my speech and came out of the auditorium. Since she was not enrolled as student there, she was standing outside waiting for someone who can share with her personal experience of the Personality Development Course by the magician trainer, Sir Munawwar Zama. Luckily, I was the first student whom she came across in her constant quest and avid pursuit. Impressed by her keen interest in learning, I spoke to her at length dwelling on my fascinating experiences and achievements indebted to Zama sir’s wonderful mentoring at IICC. By God’s grace, I got the best award in the 2010 Convocation. I recall, the moment I received congrats from Sister Ummul Khair with warm regards, I strongly suggested her not to miss out on the 2011 session. She expressed her firm determination to attend the next session and I witnessed an inner spark in her unshakable passion and insatiable enthusiasm to do WONDERS. Indeed, PERSEVERANCE ALWASYS PAYS!!!!!!!! Now Read a moving story of her struggle written by the corporate Personality Development Trainer of India, Mr. Munawwar Zama: Its not a big deal for a PM of India to visit Japan, but for a person with disability that too a girl, is a Herculean task and almost impossible. Ummul KHER made it possible with her Sheer Confidence and Excellent Debating Skills. She was born in Rajastan and lost her mother in her childhood. She was not supported by her step mother to go for further education. She, ultimately left her family and came to Delhi all alone to pursue her education. She luckily met Dr Kiran Bedi and received her support for her education. She taught small children at home for her bread and butter and her college fee. Eventually she completed her post graduation from JNTU. She came to IICC in 2011 to take 40 Day Personality Development Workshop and was very shy for the first few weeks as she is from Hindi medium and very very short by height. In the fourth week she gathered courage and decided to go up the dais, as she was walking up the dais, looking at her very short height, all the three students started laughing at her. She held her emotions and looking straight in their eyes, said something, that always rings in my ear. She said There are only 20 days left for the training. You all are my classmates and you are just 300. You can laugh as much as you can. You can hardly laugh for the next 20 days. I have no problem at all, but I do not want the rest of the world to laugh at me for the rest of my life. Everybody in the auditorium moved by her first speech. To my surprise, a girl with disability from Hindi medium, coming from a disturbed family held the audience spellbound on the day of convocation outsmarting the participants contested for the Best Noblite Award from the convent schools with her sublime confidence and natural flow. The judges Dr Farooq Abdulla, Raja Digvijay Sing, Mr Sirajuddin Qureshi were shocked to see the flow of her speech and declared Ummul KHER the Best Noblite of 2011. She has developed amazing confidence from the platform of IICC and mesmerized the audience in debates many times at JNTU and has also been to South Korea twice as representative of India to attend seminars. She will reach JAPAN today to attend a One Year Leadership Training Program conducted by the government of Japan. She underwent very tough rounds during the interview, but with her excellent communication skills, she conquered the hearts of the Japanese HRs and Delegation and left thousands of other contestants disappointed. For the last four years no person with disability from India could get through the interview rounds and she is the fourth Indian to represent our nation as a trainee for the one year leadership training program since 1999. She called me from the flight yesterday, said, Sir, my flight is about to take off and I seek your blessings. In behalf of all 8000 Noblites, Noble Education Foundation, India Islamic Cultural Centre, English House and India, I congratulate Ummul KHER and wish her a very best of luck for her leadership training in Japan. Responding to her Japanese Tour, Mr Wadood Sajid, Coordinator of the very famous 40 Day Personality Development Workshop, said, It is not a surprising news, at least for me, as I know that she has trained herself very SMART that she can OUTSMART any contestant. I would urge Siraj Sir to acknowledge her achievement and present her cash prize on her return after a year. I feel myself very proud and fortunate to be a teacher of such an amazing SKILLFUL UMMUL. She has recently participated in Barkha Dutts Show. Her talk can be seen from 48th to 50th minute through this below link. https://youtube/watch?v=DtMVHlI8J_I
