I remember the days when as a trainer I would wake up and go to - TopicsExpress

I remember the days when as a trainer I would wake up and go to sleep without ever really being conscious of what I was actually doing during the day. I thought the road to success meant stretch as far as you can, forget about yourself and never say NO!!! Ultimately I crashed.... Like so many other trainers Im sure can relate too! Been feeling like Im speeding in that fast lane a little too much lately and losing sight of my boundaries just a tad. This shit happens! Why? Because when youre so passionate about the life you have been blessed to live each day, sometimes you get caught up in it, you want to bottle all that cloud of high youre riding and hand it out so that everyone around you has a little too.....and then before you know it, you start to lose sight of YOU!!! Only you control your work-life balance, so decide how you will react to things, what boundaries you need to put in place to ensure YOU are always first priority and know that you decide how to respect your time each day. Ps. Each day I set aside posing practice or as some may refer to selfie breaks, either or works! This is my few minutes to re-connect with my body, assess and evaluate my areas of strength and more so weakness, and embrace the sense of satisfaction I feel for staying true to myself!!! And seriously...there is nothing a good flex cant fix!! #bereal #beyoutiful #ilovemymuscles #strongisbeautiful #LiveAJackedLife #teamgfit #chasing2015
