I remember the earthquake in 2000 and the one now. The one in 2000 I thought my mom fell in my room because I was always a messy kid leaving stuff on the floor and she said one day she would fall and hurt herself. and I remember it clear as it happened I went oh no mom fell! *stays hidden in bed* I was about 7 or 8 at the time. I was fine. But this one was different. I heard screams outside my bedroom window from the trailer park like someone was dying and then saw fire, being hard of hearing its amazing I could hear screaming. I was telling my friend yesterday everything then I bursted into tears... She said I was making her sad because I am always a happy person. She said its science and that earthquakes are always going to happen. We live in California and we are known for earthquakes and not to be scared. She made me feel a bit better but this earthquake has made me have a bunch of tangled nerves.
