I remember this day 12 years ago, sitting in a new class room, my first time ever in Tech Ed. When the bell rang, our teacher hurried us into the class room and locked the doors. The intercom, came on and our principle announced our school in a code red. Our Tech teacher Mr. Franks, turned on the television and the images of a plane smashing into the side of the first tower, was forever burned into my mind, as it collapsed to the ground, the screams and panics of people on the TV set. As I looked arouns the room, we all watched in horror as men, women, and children died before us on TV. I will never forget this day. I will never forget that out of the ashes, arises a stronger, smarter, and more united country! You used ploys of terror to create chaos, which worked temporarily.
