I remember this time last year... I was excited to be marrying my best friend, to be carrying his child, and to be walking instead of having to roll down the isle. Lol. We had about $40,000 combined when we got out of the hospital from that accident, so we could have had a HUGE wedding at a fancy place. Instead I planned my own wedding, hired a local decorator, we had our wedding and reception at the police hall to honor my dad, my mom did the candy bar, my dads boss made our wedding cakes, we had a few friends but mostly family, I bought the first wedding dress I tried on, let my bridesmaids pick their own dresses, we had good food and drinks, an awesome DJ, and an amazing photographer. We knew the wedding date 7 months in advance and never even had rehearsal until an hour before the wedding. Lol. I was laid back and wanted everyone to enjoy themselves. Our marriage and wedding was based on LOVE, we werent impressing anybody... because the wedding only lasts a day, the marriage starts the next morning!! *3 more days until our first anniversary 😘 Good Morning everybody!!
