I remember when Putin was here in Texas, visiting with George W, and President Bush said, I looked the man in the eye. I found him to be very straight forward and trustworthy and we had a very good dialogue. I was able to get a sense of his soul. Now, lately I have listened intently to some of Putins words - and I have watched video of how Putin struts around briskly, swinging his arms, and walking like a cocky fox. It leads me to think the following: 1.) Either Dubya was deceived and didnt fully SEE the Putin as he really IS!!! 2.) Or, since that time something has happened which has vaulted the Putin to an egotistical, pompous frame of mind that is leading him into his dictatorial style! 3.) God is allowing the Putin to act in such a way because of the wimpish, spineless actions he sees springing forth from Mr. Obama. 4.) Or, Maybe ALL the above. Whatever it IS, I Dont See the Putin reverting back to what He Was!!! -Lingy
